Directions for Use – Poy-Sian Inhaler

1. For nasal inhalation:
   
   Remove the cap.
   
   Hold the inhaler close to one nostril, close the other nostril with a finger.
   
   Inhale gently through the open nostril. Repeat with the other nostril if needed.
   
2. For topical use (external only):
   
   Apply a small amount of the liquid (by unscrewing the bottom section) to temples, under the nose, or chest.
   
   Avoid direct contact with eyes, mouth, or broken skin.
